Grey all day, too dim to see without turning on
some lights by 3:00 (3:30 on a bright day!), pitch dark soon after four – another phenomenon
of living SO far north, Leah assures me. Speaking of which, this must be the dreary,
drab, sullen, slightly-foggy atmospheric phenomenon she said she had to battle
when she first came to livd in England as a newlywed. nd she didn’t
even have Facebook to cheer her up back then!) Okay, I was wrong – roses here have
not frozen – still! Pretty amazing because I know it’s gotten down to zero on an
occasion. (Maybe roses in England are bred to withstand massive blasts of cold.)
Oh, man, is
this time-challenged girl even MORE time-challenged than ever before?! ( . .
. if that were humanly possible – and, unfortunately, it is!) Got set up – and
began liking and befriending – on Facebook, for the very first time today. Oh,
boy, I’m in serious trouble now!!!
So, in case you were wondering what I was up to
today, you won’t have to search very far for the answer . . .
